| Instructions for Scoring (Scores Input tab) |

| The scoring input tab autocalculates much of the scores based on the methodology. However, there are a few sections that need to be manually scored. Those cells are highlighted in light blue. The guide below will explain how they should be used. |
| Step One: Complete the Coverage Scores Section |
| The only aspect of the Coverage score that is not autocalculated in the Disaggregation Score and whether or not the dataset was submitted. Answer both questions for each dataset. If you need to change any of the other information due to misinformation being supplied by the entities, change it on the "Entity Input" tab, not the "Scores Input" tab. |
